What does the program consist of?
Idea Feasibility and POC Validation
The four-week-long innovation program is dedicated to helping your company test the viability of your idea. This stage consists of Assumption Mapping, Solution Validation, Benefits validation, PoC Scoping, Resource Planning, and Decision Submission.
Develop a Proof of Concept
This phase consists of a 3-week collaboration to develop an iterative design & build a proof-of-concept to test with users and get customer feedback.
Handover POC to Flexisource IT
In this stage, you have an option to build your MVP with Flexisource IT, starting on the prototype build on Phase 2.
