Chief Executive Officer & Founder
CEO Richard Gross believes in the advancement of Australian startup-business owners. He’s also the founder of Flexisource IT based in Melbourne, Australia.
Backed by his experience as a successful investment funds manager, his goal is to assist Australian businesses in all their needs.
Flexilabs was created with his vision in giving support to promising concepts made by Australian entrepreneurs.
Bernard Quibina
Head of Marketing
Bernard Quibina is a seasoned digital marketer capable of handling international clients with a wide variety of backgrounds. His expertise range from PPC, SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Email Automation, and more.
He actively participates in global digital marketing conferences, always on the lookout for fresh strategies to help brands grow and improve their digital marketing effort.

Partner Head of Innovation
Myles Tehan, co-founder and MD of Hack Days Australia, has worked with over 50 different organisations in designing and facilitating tailored innovation events and workshops. He has now partnered with Flexisource IT to increase the drive and support of startups in the Asia-Pacific.

Head of Technology
Max Quebral is the well-rounded leader every software development team needs. He is the lead mentor for junior web developers in Flexisource IT and specialises in using LEMP Stack for developing web applications for different industries.
